At Crafting Oasis, every product is handcrafted with care, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because our items are made in small batches and intended for personal use, all sales are final once your order has shipped. We are not able to offer refunds after shipment.

We understand that life happens. If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or you have a good reason for needing an adjustment, we’re happy to help with an exchange whenever possible.

We offer exchanges for:
• Items damaged in transit
• Incorrect items received
• Quality concerns supported with photos
• Reasonable, case-by-case needs

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). Our team will review your request and walk you through the next steps.

Please note:
• Products must be unused and in their original condition for exchange approval.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our end.
• Exchanges are approved at Crafting Oasis’ discretion.
