Thank you for choosing Crafting Oasis. Every product is handcrafted in small batches, and we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review the details below so you know exactly what to expect.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times may be slightly longer during restocks, launches, or holiday seasons. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier selected at checkout. Typical delivery windows are:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, and holidays may affect delivery.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Crafting Oasis is not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an address error is discovered before your order ships, contact us immediately so we can correct it.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Crafting Oasis is no longer responsible for missing or stolen items. If your package is delayed, lost, or shows delivered but is not received, please open a claim directly with the carrier. We will assist where possible, but we are not able to refund orders once they have been shipped.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and may offer an exchange or replacement when appropriate.
International Shipping
If you plan to offer international shipping later, I can add this section. For now, this policy reflects U.S. shipping only unless you tell me otherwise.
