Wet the bar and work it into a lather between your hands or onto a wet washcloth.
For facial cleansing, gently massage the lather over damp skin, avoiding the eye area, then rinse thoroughly. For body cleansing, massage the lather over wet skin and rinse.
After each use, place the bar on a well-draining soap dish and allow it to dry completely. Keeping handmade soap out of standing water will help extend the life of your bar.
